Before following this guide, please first ensure you have setup your steering controls using the other guides on the help & setup page on our website. Once you have setup your controls, if you are finding that the skip track buttons are reversed, follow the below:
1. Go to the CAR INFO app on the head unit's apps pages.
2. Click "Functions"
3. Change the "Swap up and down buttons" setting to opposite of whatever it is currently set on
The buttons should now operate as normal.
